Off-site construction only works if the design is settled before fabrication starts. Our process is arranged around that single idea.
Brief and site
We start with use, site and timeline. Measurements, access, ground conditions and power are established before a line is drawn.
Design
Plans, elevations and a fixed material schedule. You approve a drawing set, not a mood board, and the price follows the drawings.
Fabrication
Structure, insulation, services and finishes are built in our yard under cover, where tolerances and quality can be controlled.
Delivery and install
Transport, crane and connection. Most projects are watertight on the day they arrive and handed over within the week.
